The Carnival is one of Otley’s largest events - both in terms of
spread across the town and the number of visitors it attracts.
If you are able to lend a hand we'd love to hear from you - firstname.lastname@example.org
We need volunteers on the day to help with:
All money collected on the day is shared between our beneficiaries and there is a prize for the highest collector on the day!
Carnival Field Set Up
This is a physical role involving pegging out markers on the field to define spaces for stall holders, food vendors and entertainment.
Guiding the many visitors around Otley and giving people a friendly helping hand to find what they need.
Helping keep the streets clean and safe!
Prior to Carnival day we will display an array of signs around the town to help direct people and give key information
We may need help from time to time with our fundraising efforts. Anyone willing and able to help us with bake sales, selling programmes within the local community or selling raffle tickets will be very welcome.
